PERSONALITY
The first thing every cat learns about Wolf is he's a charmer, and a very good one at that. He's a smooth talker, quick-witted, and will always find a way to squeeze in a flirt or two into any conversation. To maintain his charming image, he prides himself on always looking good, and it's not uncommon for others to find him grooming himself. On top of that, he's a bold cat, confident in his own abilities and always ready to take risks if necessary, all while retaining his good-humored nature and a grin.
Though he may be friendly and will always be the first one to approach another, enjoying the company of others, Wolf doesn't trust others easily and tends to keep his cards close to his chest. Not because he has anything to hide, but living on his own has taught him not to get too close to others, as he doesn't want to lose himself by being tied down to others, as he once was when he was younger. For that reason, he doesn't stay in one place for very long, and usually wanders off when he feels he's seen and learned everything he can.

HISTORY
Wolf had a reasonably normal upbringing. With two parents and a littermate, he had a good family who cared for him, gave him what he needed to survive out in the wild and never caused him any ill-will. However, he never felt particularly close to any of them, as they mostly stayed to themselves and held their own agenda's, and honestly, Wolf was okay with that. It was the loner way after all. His parents did everything to prepare him for the dangers and hardships that mother nature had to offer; teaching him how to fight and fend for himself, as well as track and hunt his own food, and in Wolf's eyes, that was enough.
His favorite memories with his family however, tended to be the ones where they'd travel to new areas in search of a place to stay for a bit, which happened a lot for wandering loners like themselves. During these trips, Wolf would meet countless of different cats; young and old, with different backgrounds and stories and pieces of knowledge that he couldn't help but soak in. A particularly good memory was his meeting with a young cat by the name of Acid who he took a liking to during his journey. He'd never really experienced true friendship up to that point, and it pained him when he'd eventually had to leave with his family.
It was after his times wandering and meeting new cats that made him hate being tied down to his family, so when he was less than a year old, he decided to go off on his own, and with one last goodbye, he left. It didn't take long before he began to feel more free and at ease than he ever had before. Now he could choose where to go next, and how long he could stay in one place, and more importantly, who's company he could stay with. He very much enjoyed the company of others, whether it was just friendly banters or up and personal.
Still, even though he enjoyed the company, he never stayed long to form any meaningful relationships with others. For as much as he'd like to have some genuine connections, he fears being tied down to others and feeling as he had with his own family; together and yet, alone. That's why he continues to wander, for a small part of him still yearns to find a place of his own, one where he can stay for good.
